The Edinburgh Youth Work Consortium

The EYWC email service

The Edinburgh Youth Work Consortium email service seeks to provide youth workers across all sectors throughout the city with an email address dedicated to supporting their youth work activities. It enables you, the youth worker, to keep your youth work emails seperate from other areas and to have access to these emails from any web-connected computer, anywhere. By keeping the EYWC email addresses 'clean' we hope that there will be fewer access problems of the sort sometimes associated with using the likes of Hotmail and Yahoo mail accounts

The place for jokey e-mail names is maybe not on your '@eywc.org.uk' account ... what would YouthLink Scotland think about ‘FluffBunny33’ signing up for Youth Work Policy papers or how would the National Youth Agency think about a request for some publication from ‘Zoltan_the_Zombie_Slayer’? Time for a grown up, credible professional persona perhaps. Anyone for a simple Tim.Black@eywc.org.uk?

By subscribing youth workers can also be opt-in to receive a regular bulletin with details of events, training, vacancies and other relevant youth work related information from EYWC and its partner agencies.
